    In my bill final draft I think it might be a little better then all my other drafts since this semester.  But I might could have did a little better working on the drafts.  Good thing writing this bill is all over.  I hope the points that I gave are understandable.  Also, I hope the reader understand where I am coming from writing in the draft.  This assignment was not to bad to do, it took almost the whole month that was good though.  In my draft I tried to give good points that students and teachers understand what I am trying to say. So, all I have to wait for are the grade for the assignment and I might will let yall know what's going on.

    Have you ever have a test and a week before the test the professor went over for the test, told the class everything that going to be on the test, and he told the second half that was going to be on the test. Well I has a test in Psychology class on Tuesday, but today we should get the test back for our grades.  Yeah, anyway since we took the test on Tuesday I knew what was on the test when I got the test I got a little nervous and really didn't know the answer for the test.  As I started reading all of the questions before doing the test information from chapters 8 and 9 started coming back to my mind.  After I did the first part of the test I then took the started part of the test and feel real confident that I did well on my psychology test.  Hopefully, I didn't get a D or a F because every-time he put on the board how many people got a A to a F all my classmates start well is that me with a D or F.  So, hopefully I get no lower than a C and I would be graceful with my grade.  

             In my bill its about helping school districts out with students getting extra help for students to be able to pass state test. The only thing the district with the high school district graduation rate below the state average high school graduation rate will develop and implement to a student-advisor program.  The program will start from grades 7 through 12 and the students will keep the same advisor until they get to high school.  This program is good for students but what if all districts rates are not at the level the state want it to be.  All districts should have the privilege to get a chance to get help with he student-advisor program.  What if the district that do get the help with the program and the students do not take advantage of the program, that's why every district should get the chance with the help.  If the district the state do give the help to don't take the advantage of the program, then the state will be losing money because they have to pay for the help.

                 My day today was going well today because I slept a little longer not going to music class.  I know I shouldn't miss a day of class but I was just to tired to go to the class today.  But I just do not know why I be so tired on Mondays and Wednesdays for my music class and I been waking up for school at six in the morning since six grade.  I guess my sleeping is changing as I get older.  Since I got a extra hour and a half of sleep later on in the day I felt much better.  I went to my biology class ready to learn because there is a exam on Monday and then I went to my math class we just started chapter 13.  Everybody was leaving from the class little by little, it seem like every time he turned around to write an example of a problem on the board a student walk out.  After my math class I have no more classes, I will either go home or wait for my friend, but I left after my math class was over.  I went to see my friend that I didn't see in a long time.  It was so good seeing him because I didn't see him in a minute.  But This was mainly my day today. 

    In this Bill any school of the Board of Education with high school graduation rate below that state graduation rate would be able to develop and implement a student advisor program.  Grade 7 and 8 in any school district the operates an educational program should include those students. In the program there going to be a student and advisor to assist the student to identify and meet their academic, social and other developmental goals such as completion of high school.  The student advisor program should have only 12 students to a advisor to be able to develop trust and understanding between the student and advisor.  The student have to be assigned to the same advisor every year.  Also, the advisor have the responsibility to have weekly meetings with the students.  During the program the student and advisor should have increase and improve communication between teachers and administrators, students and parents.  Lastly, the advisor's have to schedule times to contact the students parents and teachers to discuss the student progress.

    I understand the bill wanting to get more help for those schools with students trying their hardest that are at the top of high school graduation.  But what if most school try their hardest but can not get up at the rate.  That wouldn't be fair for the rest of the students because they might not be able to get the help that they need.  Because others school have the opportunity to have the help and get up at the high school rate.  I think that all schools should get the chance at having more help in their academic skills then maybe most school would be up at thr rate.   

    My birthday didn't go as I planned it, but it was good.  The day before my birthday my friends and I went to a party to celebrate that night before since I was going to be with everybody that I wanted to be with me.  But everybody was with me, majority of my friends that I wanted with me was there, that was a good thing.   I was happy being with the people that I love on my birthday.  We had so much fun and then went with other friends that I just meet.  So I'm not going to say that it was bad because it wasn't I had a great time.  The day of my birthday I went to spend time with my goddaughter and her mother the whole day since I haven't seen her since she been home.  It was good seeing my goddaughter she just so little.  That's fine though.  This is my update for my birthday that I did and was suppose to do.

    In Los Angeles on Friday a federal judge ordered one of the areas largest Chinese language newspapers to pay millions of dollars to 200 employees who were denied overtime pay and subjected to other labor law violations.  Judge Consuelo B. Marshall of Federal District Court presided over the 2007 trial and over Friday's hearing.  The employees of The Chinese Daily News was rewarded $5.19 million, included the penalties for violating Laws as well as 10 percent interest on orginal award $2.5 million granted by jury.  There wwere a class action lawsuit in 2004 by the employees by charging overtime, denied workers to rest and meal breaks during 12 hours and longer.  The Chinese Daily news owed employeesovertime wages dating to 2000 said by employees main lawyer Randy Renick.  All 200 employees included 25 reporters even production workers, delivery drivers, advertising salespeople and secretaries, all worker out of the same building in Monterey Park east of Los Angeles said by Mr. Renick.

    I think that the judge made a good decisions on helping the employees that did not get overtime money.  The Chinese Daily News should be proud of their employees doing overtime and working hard.  The judge making the Chinese Daily News pay was a good idea becuase now they know the consequences for not doing their job. Now they have to pay employees money that they did not pay them for overtime.  Maybe the Chinese Daily news thought they were going to get over for not paying the 200 employees overtime pay.

             Everyone my birthday is on Saturday but I do not know whatI want to do.  I think I want to go to a party or just go out to eat with my friends.  I will make up my made though before saturday.  I hope it do not rain on my birthday because every year on my birthday it might rain for a couple of hours and I want my birthday to be nice and special.  I want it to be real nice on my birthday, its probably not but I will see how it goes.  On my birthday it will be special if my friends are around and family.  I do want a all vanilla icecream cake on my birthday but I know its to late to tell my mother because they might have to order it.  Has for now this is all I have to say but I will let you people know how my birthday went.

    On March 7, 2008, In Hamilton, Mont., new fees and increasing existing ones a recreation sites across the West in an effort to raise tens of millions of dollars which been imposed by federal land agencies to reel from high cost of fighting wildfires.  Hundreds of campsites and other public facilities federal land have been closed. Picnic tables and thousand more overlooks are being removed.  At Bitterroot National Forest increased their charge to go to this forest is $5 dollars from $2, which is a popular boating area.  In 2000, the forest service collected $32 million but, last year they nearly doubled the collected fees nationwide to $60 million.  The country's biggest landlord, of the Bureau of Land Management, also doubled its revenue over the same period to more than $14 million from $7 million.  The agency projects revenues from the fees will grow an additional $1 million. A bill was introduced by Senator Max Baucus, Democrat of Montana, that would repeal the authority of the forest service and other agencies to raise or institute many of the fees.

    What I don't understand is why the fees have to go up.  Also, it is not fair to the people that always like to be outdoors because now they have to pay if they want to go on the boats or if they just want to take a walk in the forest.  This is taking up a lot of people freedom when they just want to take a walk in the forest and get some fresh air.  So, now that will not happen because they will have to pay a fee every time they want to take a walk or get on their boats.

        Today after I woke up my day was going very well.  But I would've been late to school today if my friend didn't wake me up because i guess my mother forgot to wake me up for school.  Even though this morning I didn't get to eat any breakfast I still went to my Music class but I was tired.  I did do my work in my Music class though.  I was so tired in my Music class that I wouldn't stop yawning.  Next, I went to my Biology class everybody that suppose to come to class didn't come as usual. There are like fifteen to twenty students that is in my class and only about five come.  But as long as I get my education I am alright.  Lastly, my Math professor did not come today but a substitute came to go over what is going to be on the test on Wednesday.  Which my professor is not going to be there again, so the substitute is going to give the test. Overall I feel very confident that I will pass the test.  But today I felt that my day was great.
